BREAKFAST JAR
Ingredients
Prepare the night before
2 dessertspoons linseeds, freshly ground
2 dessertspoons hemp seeds
2 dessertspoons chia seeds
3 fresh walnuts, broken into pieces
½ cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon each of cardamom and cinnamon
In the morning
3-4 strawberries to serve
Mint leaves
Method
1.Prepare the night before. Combine seeds, spices and walnuts in the jar.
2. Add coconut almond milk, then maple syrup and stir well to combine, ensuring any seeds at the base of the jar are not left dry. The mixture should be quite runny, as the high-fibre seeds will then absorb the liquid.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
