HOT CHOCOLATE QUINOA BREAKFAST {vegan, GF}

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup quinoa flakes

½ medium banana

½ scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

½ cup water

monk fruit syrup (optional)

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients, heat with 1/2 cup of almond milk and

    1/2 cup water, until simmered and thick consistency.
