Protein Chocolate Chip cookie (VEGAN)


Ingredients

  • 20g vegan protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon sweetener, I used Stevia

  • 15g smooth nut butter ( almond or hazelnut butter)

  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

  • dairy free chocolate chips

METHOD

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredient together until you have a doughy round ball.

2. On a lined baking tray, pat the ball down to form a cookie shape.

3.Pop chocolate chips on top and bake in the oven for approx 15-20mins on 180 degs.

4. Allow cookie to cool and firm for 10mins.
