All applicants will need to have filled out a questionnaire form prior to the starting. This will be completed right after you purchase the plan and is required. This intake form will allow for me to customize your macros or meal plan towards your goals and your program is developed based upon your answers on this questionnaire form.
You will receive a online coaching consult at the start of your program. This phone call consult with me where we will discuss either your meal plan OR macro tracking tips, meal timing and spacing and providing you with clarity as you start your flexible dieting journey.
As well as my macro guide, which is an Intro to macros. This will guide you on what macros are and how each macro affects your body plus tracking tips to hit your macros like a pro. Includes a grocery list with food suggestions (only incl on macro tracking only)
